What is your daily dry ice production capacity and distribution capability?
BIG GROUP operates multiple manufacturing facilities across India with a total CO₂ capacity exceeding 1000 tonnes per day. We supply dry ice blocks, slices, and high-density pellets on demand, transported in insulated containers to ensure maximum temperature retention for pharmaceutical, cold chain, and airline clients.
Do you provide complete turnkey installation for CO₂ recovery plants?
Yes. We offer complete turnkey services, including plant design, mechanical and process engineering, equipment manufacturing (compressors, scrubbers, purification columns), site installation, commissioning, trial runs, operator safety training, and ongoing technical support.
Which certifications do your manufacturing plants and operations hold?
Our key facilities are FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certified. We strictly comply with FSSAI standards and are continuously audited and approved by the world's most demanding food, beverage, and brewery brands.
