A part from manufacturing team, we have a group of professionals in our Distribution network too. Since, we operate number of road tankers of 16 MT, 12 MT and 7 MT capacities and trucks for cylinder distribution; our distribution team is connected on-line to our HO 24 hrs in a Day. Our mantra for successful distribution is WE DELIEVER WHAT WE COMMIT. A part from this BIG Group has a Transport Management Program based on the objectives for the logistics units towards improving operating efficiency continuously.

BIG Group has its own fleet of vehicles, managed and controlled by Distribution Department, resulting in best services to our customers. To improve efficiency, our vehicles are tracked through a Vehicle Monitoring System, which provides its customers the latest information about vehicle position and facilitates on-time deliveries. It internally helps us to achieve maximum efficiency in logistics and vehicle turn- around. Continuous training of drivers, customer-focus logistics operations, and incentive linked performance have enabled our drivers to cover distances up to Nepal and Bhutan from Bathinda , Jharkahnd and Chattisgarh from Gwalior , Ludhaina and Guwahati from Rampur. 100% focus and cooperation between the sales and logistics team has enabled BIG to Cover and deliver material upto 2000 Kms away from our manufacturing facilities and that too with minimal losses and in time deliveries.
